The care, support and love my dad and I received prior to his death in May was far above and beyond anything I had ever anticipated, especially as it followed on from totally inadequate care from another provider. My dad looked forward to his carers arriving as they were absolutely amazing. As a family member, I was made to feel as valued, respected, and supported as my dad. Right up to the day he died, my dad was treated with respect and dignity, and I cannot praise the whole team enough. The on-call manager cried with me in the middle of the night when I woke him to inform him of my dad’s peaceful passing, yet I was still offered comfort and support.
